Even though this buildings are not the most beautiful things, many of them allow people with low resources to buy they own flat. And I have seen many of them who are really cute, in fact when I was a kid my father traveled to Argentina for work and we rent apartments in buenos aires like this, I remember that they were very luminous and comfortable!
