Gliwice College of Entrepreneurship

In Upper Silesia there are many such interesting buildings, which used to be factories or workshops in the past. Now, they are restaurants, clubs, shopping centers, universities or modern and very expensive housing areas.
This one was a coal mine, which closed several years ago. Today it's a modern educational center.
The photo was taken yesterday, during The Open Day of the college.

Słyszałem dużo dobrego o adaptacji tego budynku, ale nigdy go nie widziałem. Wieści nie kłamały!

Piękny budynek! To bardzo dobry pomysł - zamiast wyburzania modernizacja. Ładne zdjęcie!

I love this re-purposing. I hope we see more and more of this creative thinking in our towns and cities.

Beautiful buildings for a coal mine, and very well renovated and I liked the way you framed this image. Very good shot.

Pretty building and architectural lines. Love the thought of reusing structures vs. demolishing and rebuilding.
